For more than 35 years, I have worked in sales, marketing and healthcare, including years spent in hospice helping families navigate some of life's most difficult transitions.
I saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be when an aging loved one suddenly needs a higher level of care—and the family has to figure out how to pay for it, what to do with the home, and how to make everything happen quickly.
